The study by Loma Linda University, determined that those individuals with a well developed sense of humor tended to be more slender and fitter than their sullen tubby counter parts. The findings have sparked the birth of a trendy new franchise, The Tickle Grin Fit Club which has begun appearing in cities across the country.

Tickle Grin guarantees a fitness results program using live comics and circus clowns to produce exercise-replacing guffaws guaranteed to trim their waists while providing rising young comedians and would-be clowns a new showcase opportunity.

For clients with little or no sense of humor their literature states that that is okay, too.
