"Candy mints and carbonated soda will power our new space craft", Desa Fourkatia, a Zeta Reticuli Grey says.

Houston,Texas-Saying the pool of Earth-bound candidates was puny, President Obama has decided to hire from outside the solar system in order to fill the position of Chief NASA Administrator.

Desa Fourkatia, a Zeta Reticuli Grey, is expected to win easy Senate confirmation. His,or it's, (They have evolved beyond the need for reproductive systems)advanced knowledge of propulsion systems, and vast experience with other Alien life forms is said to be far superior to mortal man's.

Zeta Reticuli Greys come from Zeta Reticulan, the 4th planet out from Zeta2 Reticulum, near Barnard's Star, a neighboring star system to Orion. Mr. Fourkatia is one thousand, seven hundred and forty nine years old. He began flying when, at age twelve, he stole a space craft for a joy ride to a star system called Bellatrax.

Since that time he has made an amazing eight hundred and twenty one inter-galactic journeys. Nine of which were to our own solar system, including two Earth landings. One in 1958, and the other just last month to interview for the NASA Administrator's job.

Mr. Obama is confidant that Fourkatia's youthful indiscretions will not be a barrier to his being selected. He warned senators not to show fear during the nomination process. It is possible that a Zeta Reticuli Grey such as Desa Fourkatia could use their fear against them. If approved, Fourkatia will face quite a commute. Travel time to Earth is 91 days by Reticulan jumpcraft.

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
