Japanese Climate Scientis, Saki Inbiba, has poured scorn on the findings of the International Panel on Climate Change that climate change is man-made, and currently in step with the most pessimistic of climate models.

Inbiba, who leads the Tokyo University Research Department, stated that Climate Models used by the 'Decadent West' are nothing more than glorified astrology.

"They make ambiguous links, use some coincidental data and base predictions upon this house of sand," said Inbiba to an international climate sceptics conference held in Melbourne. "This is exactly what Japanese Astrology does."

Inbiba produced a flip chart showing the star chart of the planet.

"The Earth was born on the twelfth of August in the year 3200BC, in the year of Fire and Storms," Inbiba said. "This makes the planet a Leo in Western Astrology, and giving a predominantly Fire element in Chinese Astrology, with Mars as it's ruler.

"Casting the goat entrails over the star signs left quite a mess, but did reveal that over the course of the next century, the world will enter a great ice age as the Snake, Horse and Ram give way to the Pig and Rat, quenching the Yang fires, and with Yin Water, putting the world into a midway point between Earth and Water.

"Finally we see that great wealth will befall the planet, after it does well at work."

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
