The organization's finance had been in precarious overdraft until an ingenious brainwave by editorial sinologists.
This resulted in the use of a Macau brothel ad instead of a classical erudite Chinese text on the cover of the Institute's monthly journal.
The organization was then bombarded with telephone calls to its specialist Sino-EU premium hotline which charges $100 a minute for recorded sex advice, pillowtalk mobile phone ringtones and bookings to friendly local whores.
