MOSCOW - The Russian News Agency, Vodkavich has just announced that Russia's premier satellite Siberia 7 has just sent back some astonishing photos taken of the planet Mercury.

A spokesperson for Vodkavich said that 17 of the 19 photographs clearly showed what appears to be ants scurrying about the planet.

He noted that the ants resemble carpenter ants and appear to be working at a pace that is 2.4 times faster than that of the average carpenter ants found on Earth.

The photos show that the ant bed is light greenish in color which leads Russian scientists to believe that there could be some chlorophyll deposits underneath Mercury's surface.

SIDENOTE: The Russian government noted that the carpenter ants appear to be very happy since every ant was smiling.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
