According to leaked information obtained by Google snoopers GoogWatch, the search engine and mobile phone system maker has a new plan to breathe fresh excitement into the lackluster reception its flagship innovation has received in the gadget market. This information was provided by one of Google's developers to a redhead member of the watchdog agency during a late night pub crawl and subsequent makeout session. The Palo Alto based Company will soon introduce a new capability into the Google Glass - the ability to see through clothes.
Details of the new feature will be released sometime in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year, the developer divulged. This capability will be available in the high-end models of the product only which will be able to operate in 'Voyeur Mode.'
While the technology will be based on use of X-rays, Google engineers are confident that they will be able to control the emission to levels acceptable by prevailing health standards. Also, the X-rays will be able to penetrate fabric only, not leather or latex.
It is still unknown whether users of the Google Glass will be able to make video recordings while in 'Voyeur Mode.'
