BILLINGSGATE POST: In Chapter II, The Whip Woman is left waiting for the Dog Whisperer (D. Dubya) to coax little Bubba from under the desk in the Oval Office.

Excerpt from Chapter III:

"D. Dubya slid out of the back seat of his elongated Dachshund shaped limo with a shit-eating-grin on his face. Wondering what to expect in the Oval Office, he hitched up his pants, gently smitten with the pressure of having to exorcise the leader of the Free World from the demons of being whipped and shackled by the Whip Woman.

Escorted into an office that appeared more round than oval; where presidents exercised their will by using their uncontrolled passions and power to f..k over the common man, but still reeking of the smoke from the cigar used by little Bubba to light Monica Lewinsky's fire, D. Dubya was doing his utmost to keep from laughing as the scene before him unfolded.

From under the magnificent mahogany desk, whose shelter doubled as a convenient host for cowering curs, peered the fearful eyes of little Bubba. Musing to himself as he got down on his knees, D. Dubya crawled over to the shaking cur, cupped his mouth, and with his comforting voice he whispered into Bubba's ear a little sing-song ditty:

Flagellation is silly. It makes your heart go Willy Nilly, Billy Billy...As for the shackles, don't let them raise your hackles. It's all part of the game of love."

That's All Folks!
