As the mighty N'Dubz get ready for their massive sold out stadium tour, singer Dappy has emerged as an unlikely role model for scrotes and skivers up and down the country.
Dappy explained to GMTV his morning, 'As hard as it might seem to believe, I was going nowhere, but being in the band has really sharpened me up you know, I've learned to point at the cameras and look really moody, gangster like, and these are vital moves to be able to do in the world of music and rap. Since I've mastered the pointing, and pretending I'm from America, things have just got betterer and betterer, you know what I mean?
Young lads now who don't want to work see me as a role model, an inspiration, and that's really satisfying you know. Also, I've got 2 kids now, Dappy Junior and Scrappy, my life has totally changed man. I'm blessed you know. every morning I wake up and just count to 5, just to take it all in.'
