Myron Skimsdale, otherwise known on stage as "Heavy G" suffered what was first reported as a serious neck injury while performing on stage in Miami when the momentum of his gold chain managed to snap hard to the right, taking his neck with it.
Heavy G was rushed to Miami General Hospital and underwent several x-rays to determine the extent of his injuries. Fortunately, there was no permanent damage; however, he was told he'll never be able to wear heavy gold chains again. In addition, he has a permanent groin injury which will prevent him from any grinding action as well both on and off stage.
"Word? MoFo, as if," was all G would say as he drifted off to sleep after a long night of wrenching pain.
