"We've desperately got to give a human face to U.S. imperialism. If the rest of the world doesn't like us going around raping, pillaging, and plundering smaller countries, that's a real serious problem.
"Supporting ruthless despots and tyrants is our God-given right. Moreover, it's the life's blood of our duty in the world, and that is to be an uber force for keeping banana republic tin pot dictators in power, and preventing equitable distribution of wealth and resources wherever it might occur.
"We've got to do a lot of PR for U.S. imperialism, the rest of the world isn't happy to be callously manhandled anymore. There's only a precious few drops of oil left in the world, and if the rest of the world doesn't like us warring and subjugating other countries to wrestle control of what's let of it, well we just can't let that be."
