Bearded multi-millionaire and film maker Steven Spielberg has revealed that it has been years since his former work colleague ET phoned him.
'I made him a star' said the bewildered man of a thousand visions 'and he never phones. Other people who I made famous keep in touch. Richard Dreyfus sends Christmas Cards, as do Henry Thomas and Drew Barrymore, but not our old ET.
'He came into our lives, drank our beer from the fridge, and then left. I would not mind so much, but he phoned me up 15 years ago and reversed the charges. I had to make the last Indiana Jones film to pay for that, which was a mistake, really.
'Still, it could have been worst they wanted me to cast Seth Rogan as Indie's son'.
