The world has been rocked by the news that rock act U2's Bono has rescheduled dates in the U.S and Canada.
It has long been acknowledged that the singer has become one of the most influential men in global politics, regularly appearing at world peace and economic summits and receiving a number of awards for his humanitarian works.
But it has still come as a shock when the Irishman's power extends so far that he is able to change the calendars for two countries with a combined population of almost 350 million.
Bono has decreed that henceforth June in Canada and the States will come before May and after August, while Christmas Day will fall on April 2nd.
Asked why he had made decisions that will bring chaos to the lives of so many people, the Irishman commented that "it just felt like an interesting thing to do. We're too fixated on so many pre conceived ideas of time and space, we should shake it up now and again and see where the dice fall. And anyway, I was a bit bored".
