Members of a union representing wizards have threatened to put a spell on stars of the latest Harry Potter movie.
They are furious after they were not invited to the premiere of the Deathly Hallows in London's Leicester Square last night.
On the red carpet outside the Odeon were glamorous Emma Watson, Rupert Grint and Harry himself, Daniel Radcliffe.
The crowds were also treated to a view of X Factor wannabes One Direction and Cher Lloyd.
"Where was a representative of the magical community?" said Brian Cupboard, chairman of the National Union of People Who Do (Real) Magic.
"Surely the success of these movies is based on wizardry and magic... don't our members deserve to share in some of the glamour?
"It's not too far from the truth to say that some of our more militant members are seriously considering taking action - like casting spells over some of the cast.
"Oh, she's bonny now is that Emma and the papparazzi love her, but what if she gets a frog's face, eh? How would she like that."
Mr Cupboard said he was urgently seeking talks with Harry Potter producers with a view to having his members attending the New York premiere on Monday.
