"Smartass, The Movie!"

The makers of Jackass, after their recent hit 'Jackass 3' in 3D have launched a suit against a new group that are planning a "Smartass 3D" movie scheduled for release next Spring.

"We have just as much right to make this movie as the Jackass crew do", stated representative, Josh Randle. "But our capers will require more intelligence to pull some of these off."

Asked to name one of their plans Randle at first refused but finally he began laughing at an episode that has already been filmed.

"There's one of these young chess geniuses and he's playing a dozen local players that are pretty good but this guy can walk around and make his moves from player to player and easily beat them all. All but one. We have our guy wired to a top chess computer and the young guy really gets flustered after awhile because he's getting beat."

Jackass 3D made over 50 million dollars this past weekend and the makers of the three movies plan to continue so they do not want competition.

Among the takes were great slapstick over port-a-potty, beehives and a huge wipe out!

However, the makers of 'Smartass 3D' say they are continuing to shoot their episodes and the Jackass crew can lump it.

"They don't own all the ass out there or we're all in a world of port-a-potties", stated Randle

"In that segment I was mentioning, the Smartass begins rubbing it in until the computer genius actually attacks him. There's more to it, especially the ending that I'm still laughing about."

So "Smartass 3D" early next year!
