Ms. Palin did not say what her talent-act will be, although rumors abound:

Peeeps reports that Bristol will be giving birth to triplets on-stage while singing The Star Spangled Banner.
And, finally, Gaydar Online reports that Palin will be coming-out, confessing to her long-standing torrid love-affair with Lynn Cheney, while simultaneously juggling human testicles.
