Blonde bikini-clad bombshell Sarah Harding had two reasons to celebrate today, as it was announced that caterwauling Girl Band - Girls Aloud, are to reunite.
Minus Nadine Coyle - so perhaps it would be more appropriate for them to rename themselves 'Girls Alo' - unless they recruit a replacement for the LA based Irish girl, in which case the other two letters could be reinstated and they'd be 'Girls Aloud' again.
Sarah Harding is doubly ecstatic because this reformation may give her sufficient status to establish herself as a satirical icon on websites such as theSpoof.com which is apparently one of her lifelong ambitions.
It's understood that Nadine Coyle won't be rejoining the band owing to her not being arsed to see or contact Cheryl Tweedy, back when she was Cheryl Cole, and upset over her split with love-rat former hubby Ashley Cole.
Which frankly makes not a jot of difference, because they never were much cop to start with.
Expect huge media coverage. At least it will take people's minds off the impending double-dip recession.
More as we get it.
