HOLLYWOOD - The Kids Choice Award Committee has written child molester Roman Polanski, who admits doing what everyone said he did, and asked him to please return The Kids Choice Award he received in 1977.
Myron Spawnowitz, spokesperson for the KCAC, said that the organization took a vote, which came out 7,593 to 1 to ask Polanski to return the award as soon as possible.
The one dissenting vote was of course from Polanski himself who is still an active member of The Kids Choice Award Committee.
[EDITOR'S NOTE: Since the vote came out the president of KCAC, Chester Pillington, has stated that Mr. Polanski has been banned from the organization and has been asked to return his KCAC directory which lists the names, addresses, and cell phone numbers of over 3,000 child stars, singers, and dancers immediately.]
Polanski's lawyer, Basil Chipperworthy, has stated that his client does not have to return the directory as it is considered his personal property.
Mr. Spawnovitz said that if Polanski does not return the directory within 24 hours he will be charged with illegally possessing an item that includes the names of children, which the California Supreme Court has ruled is grounds for Mr. Polanski to be legally arrested, incarcerated, and charged with four different counts of illegal proceedings.
SIDENOTE: Mr. Chipperworthy, Polanski's attorney has stated that the directory has been picked up by FedEx and it should be in the possession of the Kids Choice Award Committee within two days.
