WEST HOLLYWOOD - One of the world's most plasticized women, Heidi Montag, who has had 38 cosmetic procedures done including lifts, tucks, nips, snips, lipos, augmentations, and enhancements will be attending the Algeria vs. Slovenia soccer match on June 13.
