Actor Taylor Lautner should have known that now was not the best time to take a trip to Tennessee after all the recent flooding, especially to take a fishing trip.

But he is only 17 years old.

Taylor showed up at the Nashville Airport last Tuesday and met Samuel Henry, known throughout the South as one of the best fisherman in the world.

"I've taken a lot of Hollywood actors and music and movie stars on fishing trips so I thought this young man would like to go enjoy the outdoors, him being a werewolf and all."

Lautner had told reporters at the airport that he really did enjoy fishing as a hobby but seldom got the chance.

"Samual Henry is a legend in fixing special lures and jiggers", stated Lautner. "I knew that he was the one to lead the group."

Since Nashville was still cleaning up their own Hurricane Katrina, Henry took the seven guys and one gal on a trout fishing expedition into the mountains adjacent to the Park.

"I caught more fish than I had ever caught in my life, mostly trout, and we cooked and ate them right there while they were fresh. Henry is a genius with lures and fixed me up one jigger that no trout could resist!"

While Lautner would not tell us the names of the rest of the group, he stated that they all caught fish.

Then Lautner told us that after he got back to the airport, he discovered that his jigger was missing.

"I hate to accuse one of the others of taking it but they were the ones with the best chance and they had seen all the fish I had caught."

Taylor told us that maybe it was misplaced and Henry had agreed to do his best to match the replacement, but he still wasn't convinced he'd ever be a real success at fishing or even in life without his jigger.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
