NEW YORK CITY - The male star of Live With Regis and Kelly, wants Cat Deely to replace Kelly Ripa.

Regis Philbin remarked that he has never felt more at ease as he did when Deely filled in for Kelly. Philbin said that Cat is a natural and if he has his way the shows new name will soon become Live With Regis and Cat.

Philbin was asked what it is about 33-year-old Cat Deely that he really liked. Philbin smiled and replied, "The woman has gorgeous legs that go from the floor all the way to her navel. She is very attractive, very sexy, very professional, and she knows the words to the Notre Dame fight song."

Regis laughed and said that the graduate of Birmingham's St. Blimey College in England, is so tall, little munchkin Kelly Ripa could easily fit in the leg of one of Deely's pantyhose.

The 6 foot 5 inch tall Deely was asked what she thought about Regis. She grinned and said that he is the nicest man that she has ever seen and he is the best joke teller that she has ever known.

Deely pointed out that after the show Regis went into her dressing room and was talking to her about English football, Queen Elizabeth II, Cheryl Cole, and Windsor Castle.

She winked and added that Reg pinched her on her bottom about half a dozen times. She laughed and said that it is really no big deal since after all he is 78-years-old.

When Kelly was asked to comment on the fact that Regis really likes Cat, the short little blonde Ripa made a face and replied that Cat is way too tall and she will make Regis appear to be a short little, mean, heartless, and unappreciative son-of-a-bitch.
