A judge in Los Angeles County has ruled that Marvin Strickland, who pleaded no contest at the hearing while playing with himself, to stay away from the Affleck family or their children at school or he will be going to a mental institution.
The judge told reporters later that he had to rule Strickland not guilty because he's obviously a basket case.
"Actually, that's what he needs to be doing, making baskets", stated Judge Robert Stone. "But there are so many new laws protecting the village idiots, that there is not much we can do unless he tries something else."
Strickland was arrested late last year for vagrancy while walking back and forth outside a school when one of the couple's kids attends.
"If he had a brain, he would take it out and play with it", stated Strickland's own attorney. "In fact he did, during the hearing. The city WILL assign someone else to the case or I'm going crazy myself. He quacks every time you say 'Affleck'!"
