Dead 'Lost Boy' actor Corey Haim's cell phone has been bombarded by unscrupulous telemarketers, who apparently unaware that the insomniac star is actually dead have been falling all over themselves trying to sell him all kinds of crap, which would have been useless to him even if he'd still been alive.
Top of the telemarketers' 'must have - can't live without' products offered for sale has been rehab for all occasions. Over two hundred incoming calls have been logged offering the dead one time star all inclusive rehabilitation packages in residential clinics with prices from $3,500 per week and upwards.
Haim's cell phone has also been bombarded with life insurance deals with one hundred and eleven calls logged. Somewhat a case of closing the stable door after the horse has bolted.
Another major source of annoyance for Haim's surviving friends and relatives has been a prescription drug courier delivery service furnished by 'Christopher's Of Hollywood'.
One call even offered discounted funeral services with hired professional mourners, which was of grave concern to the family. (What pun?)
A friend of the late actor who was said to be at his wits end over the unsolicited calls finally resolved the situation by smashing the late actor's cell phone with a claw hammer.
More as we get it.
