Hollywood hard man Jason Statham will visit his home town of Buckinghamshire to sign copies of his autobiography: "Bucking Tough Guy".
Statham, star of Lock, Stock & Two Smoking Barrels, denies he wrote the book in a bid to make some cash and claims he has plenty of films in the pipeline including an action thriller with Jackie Chan.
Declaring his career as "the absolute bollocks", Statham said: "It's not like I'm living in a caravan or anything. I've got plenty of things lined up. But a lot of crap has been written. So this is me. Putting it right."
The 5'1" actor also claims the book will lay bare his 'unbelievable' life, and he certainly hasn't pulled any punches.
In one extract he tells of his first day on the Lock, Stock set:
"Everyone was f**king scared of me. It was all 'Yes Mr Jason. No Mr Jason'. I couldn't work it out. Then I remembered. I was The Stathe. Of course they were scared! My reputation as a hardnut was the talk of Pinewood. Guy Ritchie used to say to me: 'You know what Jase, I wish I could be like you.' Yeah, I thought, just you and a million other blokes."
'Bucking Tough Guy' is on sale now priced £3.99.
