In a frank (yep, it's that man frank again!) interview with the News of the Sun, where the journalists ask a series of embarrassing questions aimed at eliciting a juicy response in order to sell more newspapers, author, the late William Golding, has admitted that the original "Lord of the Flies" blockbuster film based on his novel was in fact a teen porno movie.
He said that his first draft of the novel concerned the exploits of 19-year old college football star Richard "King" Dong, who in his exploits to prove himself lord and master of the college girls' dormitories, self-styled himself as "Lord of the Flies".
In the original film, he demonstrated his abilities with button, zip and even Velcro flies, as he went from room to room conquering the college female student 'freshers'.
However, even the original film character had a rather shaky start-off. Dong, originally cast as a brainless womaniser, was scripted to show his organ off at every opportunity. However, the girls in the film became rather fed up with having this hulking football fanatic turn up in their bedroom late at night only to ask where he could set up and plug his Farfisa keyboard in!
In desperation, Mr Golding quickly rewrote his novel one evening and instead, the entire lower school decamped to an island to practice barbarism and bullying a chubby lad with glasses.
