Not Sid Kent. Allegedly.

Metropolis man, and reporter for the Daily Planet newspaper, Sid Kent 32, today categorically denied that he was the caped crusader from the planet Krypton who has been valiantly fighting crime and rescuing citizens in mortal peril for over fifty years.

Bespectacled Sid Kent, wearing a blue suit and white shirt announced to a packed press conference:

"I am not Superman. I do not have a secret identity. I'm just a jobbing reporter for the Daily Planet. Now will you all please lay off with this nonsense."

When pressed further by probing reporters, Sid Kent refused to elaborate on his carefully worded statement.

Kent then left the building, like Elvis Presley used to when he was still alive, accompanied by close friends, Jimmy Olsen and Peter Parker, both photographers.

Sid Kent was last seen getting into a stretch limo with 87 year old Lois Lane, a one time co-worker at the Daily Planet, who by all appearances, the passage of time has not been kind to.

More Superman related stupidity as we get it.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
