Susan Boyle has lost to dance group Diversity in the final of reality show Britain's Got Talent.
Boyle came in as the runner-up to the 10-member group in a shock result following a two-hour final Saturday night, reports mirror.co.uk. She was stunned after hearing the result, but then she congratulated the winner: "The best won. That's showbiz."
Asked what she'll do next, Boyle said: "I hope to get an album out and I'll just play it by the ear. What a journey. It was unbelievable and very humbling. Thank you for everything."
Even the judges, Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden and Piers Morgan - looked stunned by the result, but Boyle graciously accepted defeat.
Diversity took the 100,000 pounds prize and a performance for the Queen at the Royal Variety show.
Meanwhile, Simon Cowell reportedly told the press that people just could,'t get past Susan's homely face.
"I'll tell you this much", Cowell reportedly complained, "that old cow's photo won't be on any CD I have put out. If I had to do it again, I'd had a sexy 21-year-old do a lip-sync with Susan hid somewhere."
