Jade Goody, the nation's favourite cancer sufferer, is today being linked with a special TV appearance which will see her take part in an annual charity appeal by taking on the role of bald 1970s cop, Theo Kojak.
Kojak, who was played by Telly Savalas, was the character who single-handedly popularised 'being bald', and Goody, never one to pass up the opportunity of cashing-in on something, is keen to wring more sympathy out of the gullible public.
The former Big Brother 'star' has even spoken to American TV producers about reviving the role of the lollipop-sucking cop for a brand new series.
A spokesman for the appeal, said:
"Awww, don't you just feel sorry for her. Poor thing."
