Kate Walsh and her husband for a whole year plus, Alex Young were all smiles before cameras as they had a night of dinner and dancing at Tao, Las Vegas, November 8th. When asked how the old married couple were doing, both yelled, "Fantastic!"
One month later, that fantastic came to a "screeching" halt. On December 9th, Young filed for a divorce from the "Private Practice" star, claiming they had already been separated for two long weeks after the Las Vegas outing.
"The couple stay on friendly terms just as long as they don't catch sight of each other ever again", Walsh's rep said in a statement in the press.
So on December 12th, Walsh was back at work on the set with "Grey's Anatomy".
When asked about her saying that things had really been "Fantastic!" between the two a couple months before the divorce filing, Walsh replied, "You asked how thing HAD been going and they had been heavenly, fantastic, for the first nine months, but the last four have been a screaming, scratching, object-throwing, face-slapping, attempted penis-snipping, hell-on-earth nightmare!"
"From now on, I'm refusing anymore first date proposals."
