Late 1990's boy-band, 5, are all set to appear in a remake of the classic Cliff Richard film Summer Holiday.
The film is to be made as part of a new series of reality programmes. The first series, to be shown on BBC2 is called Boy Bands on Film, in reference to a similar titled song by Duran Duran. Take That are to remake The Wizard of Oz, while the never lamented 911 are to star in a brand new version of Blade Runner, with full cooperation from the film's director, Ridley Scott.
A spokesman for the film company said: 'It was either Summer Holiday with 5, Schindler's List with Buck's Fizz, or Dr Zhivago with Sonia and Gary Numan. We think we went for the most logical choice. Please don't judge us, we have children to provide for'.
