Miley Cyrus and her father, Billy Ray, the Country Music legend, are to get married, according to reports from Hollywood.
The actress, famous for her role in the US Disney Channel series Hannah Montana, has an extremely close relationship with her dad, and says that she wants to spend the rest of her life with him.
Speaking to journalists amassed outside her home in Los Angeles, the 15-year-old said:
"This is America, where nothing is impossible."
Asked about the unlikely union, Billy Ray told members of the media:
"In this business, any publicity is better than no publicity."
