What up, Dogg? Mars rover, that's what.

Cape Canaveral, Florida (AP) - A cast of musicians including Snoop Dogg, Skinny Puppy, Los Lobos, Three Dog Night and others will play their most celebrated hits as NASA recognizes the 10-year anniversary of the Mars Pathfinder rover landing on July 4th. Tickets to the live event are going for two-hundred-dollars apiece and will be used to finance future NASA missions.

When asked to comment on the significance of the event, Snoop Dogg had this to say:
"You mean that little dude has been rovin' around up there for the past ten years? Man, that is some wild *ss sh*t! Check it out, yo!... fershizzle."

NASA intends to beam the concert back to the rover so that it will see how much people back here on Earth appreciate what it is doing on Mars.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
