California - (Ass Mess): Judge Michael Sauer is poised to throw Paris Hilton into the psychiatric wing of Lynwood jail after a spectacular bravura performance got her off a 23 day custodial sentence on the spurious medical grounds that a staphylococcus infection had invaded her hair extensions.
Hilton's attorneys have told the press their client also became anxious, depressed and virtually anorexic after being made to wear prison issue panties under an orange suit and had developed a 'hot, itchy tingle' around her Brazilian area.
Hilton is to reappear at LA County Court on Friday in a showdown beteen the LA Sherrif's Department and the LA Prosecutor's Office.
Her shrink Dr Charles Sophy whose medical assessment got Hilton off her custodial sentence is facing conspiracy to pervert the course of justice if Judge Sauer rules that he was paid above and beyond his normal fee structure to get his client out of jail.
"The shrink could get 90 days minimum, if Judge Sauer is feeling sore," a LA County Court source said today.
