After being evacuated from their doomed home planet, Arrakis, the Fremen of Dune fame are not adjusting well to their new lives as Kentucky race horse beeders. It appears they can't distinguish a horse from a mule.
It was hoped the Fremen would establish a self-sufficient colony on Earth after escaping the emminent super-nova of their sun.
The struggling Fremen are plagued by depression which only leads to other problems like poor hygene and self-destructive behavior such as smoking.
Other problems for the Fremen include a humidity level far exceeding that on Dune. It may not seem high to an Earthling but Fremen feel like they are drowning in air.
Many Fremen feel unwelcome on Earth when people can't stop staring at their freaky eyes.
