Virgie Arthur may be heading for bankruptcy

Nassau, Bahamas - (Reuterus): Virgie Arthur is running out of $$$$ in her protracted legal fight for a share of the headlines in baby grand daughter Dannielynn's custody hearing scheduled for today Friday the 13th of April.

Her attorneys have already warned the 55 year old 280lb overweight Texan former cop that the downpayment for fighting for a share of her late daughter Anna Nicole Smith's inquest and burial headlines now needs full settlement.

Today's court hearing will determine if Arthur has the stamina and staying power to go the full 15 rounds in pursuing her dream of getting massive media exposure in the Dannielynn custody fight.

Lawyers for the baby's father Larry Birkhead have so far played Mr Nice Guy.

But since Anna Nicole's former partner/lawyer Howard K Stern went public in backing Birkhead for full custody rights a number of Smith's secret diaries have surfaced which could spell ruin for Arthur.

These spell out how the heavily over-mortgaged Texan was on the brink of bankruptcy before her daughter lent her "a substantial six figure sum" to help pay for her son Daniel's living costs.

Other IOUs confirm that Virgie Arthur was banking on her late daughter scooping the jackpot from J Howard Marshall's will and borrowed according to her fantasy expectations.

As the Nassau temperature soars into the 90s today Arthur looks like she's running on empty.

"Sure hope my client doesn't have a seizure or a heart attack from all this publicity stress," her attorney confided.

"At least not until we're quits on the bills."

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
