Florida - (Ass Mess): Failure to implant enough of J Howard Marshall's legendary $$$$s into Daniel Smith's own bank accounts may have contributed to his early demise according to an inquest probe into Anna Nicole Smith's son's death.
The 20 year old dropped dead after seeing his three day old baby sister while visiting his mother in a Bahamas hospital where she had given birth.
Police reports said he was pretty broke at the time and had run out of handouts from Howard K Stern, Larry Birkhead, Prince Frederik Von Assfelt and all the other notables currently claiming paternity of little Dannielynn Marshall Stern, potential heiress.
"It could be a classic case of sudden toxic death syndrome," said a district coroner's aide.
Others are speculating that it may have been his grandmother Virgie Arthur who had hexed him by spiking his smack stash.
The inquest is likely to last another four weeks.
