Cameron's 'chain gang' is fodder for new book

The actress, who has also been in high-profile relationships with Carlos de La Torre, Matt Dillon, and Jared Leto, shares her expertise in this new book.

The entire scope of the project has not yet been revealed. However, it IS known that several chapters will weigh the pros and cons of using various communication methods (post-it notes, e-mail, skywriting, instant messages, fax, electronic billboards at sporting events, etc.) to accomplish the "dumping." Judith Regan, the publishing mogul recently fired by HarperCollins and its parent, News Corp., is starting her own publishing company and will publish the Diaz book.

Regan has issued a press release stating, "Everyone, no matter whether you are the dumper or the dumpee, should read this book." An ecstatic Diaz refers to the pairing with Regan as a perfect fit, saying, "You know, she's seen it from the other side. Like she's been dumped by a huge conglomerate, so she knows what's it all about." Diaz also reported exclusively to The Spoof that Regan would be interviewing her on a TV special -- IF YOU DO IT, DO IT RIGHT -- about the book.

Diaz hopes that the book will be made into a TV movie for Lifetime Television. She thought that "To Sir, with Love" would be an ideal title but was disappointed to learn that it had already been 'taken' by a 1967 movie, so now it's back to the drawing board. Readers with ideas for movie titles are asked to record them at the DiazDump website.

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
