A man who saw a YouTube clip of the Irish dance extravaganza, 'Riverdance' was so impressed by the performances of the dancers, that he could not keep his feet still afterwards.
Moys Kenwood, 55, watched the spectacle 'mesmerised', unable to look away, as the frenetic clicking of the dancers' shoes rattled the stage to its very foundations.
When it was all over, said his wife, Kenwood seemed 'anxious', and prone to rapid, jerky movements characterized by lots of knee-bending and hopping on-the-spot, just like Michael Flatley and his troupe of tappists.
"He was like a cat on a hot tin roof," she said.
Later, she sent him to the shops for some potatoes, rousing, once more, a hitherto-unknown Irish streak within him, and he went prancing off down the road in an uncommonly jittery fashion.
