The government is appealing to heavy drinkers to help save the nasty British tradition of eating raw fish in vinegar. WRHF are one of the worlds largest independent free snack organisations. Originating in the UK where they were formed in 1962 in response to jars of rollmops disappearing from their traditional places alongside pickled eggs in real ale pubs. They are now active all over the world. As a charity the WRHF rely heavily on donations from members and supporters.
A truly global network who are active in over than 10000 pubs, a booze-based organisation who tackle issues including the survival of free pub snacks, landlord change, decorative beermats and pub environmental education. Over five million supporters worldwide, 90 per cent of their income comes from donations from drunks and their friends.
