WEST HOLLYWOOD - Miley Cyrus was having drinks with some friends at The Tipsy Tadpole Lounge when she suddenly got the urge to stand up and twerk one of the patrons who was sitting at the next table.
The unidentified twerkee was having a great time when all of a sudden he heard Miley yell out in pain.
Cyrus fell to the floor and was quickly picked up by her bodyguard and a member of her 7-person entourage.
Apparently Miley had hurt her back as she was twerking up a storm. She said that she remembers suddenly feeling a sharp pain shoot from her shoulder blades down to her butt bone and then down to her ankles.
At first she thought that someone had tasered her.
She was rushed to Our Lady of The Silver Screen Hospital where doctors say she sprained her melanalgis stipavica. They said that she will be fine in about two days.
SIDENOTE: A spokesperson for the hospital informed the members of the press that luckily the injury will not affect Miley's ability to have babies.
