HOLLYWOOD - As the old ancient Aztecan saying goes, "True love has a way of going away and then coming back again."
Such is the case with the stars of The Vampire Diaries, Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder.
The 24-year-old Dobrev and the much older Ian Somerhalder, 35, broke up in May, after having an intimate relationship for three years.
Nina told Bedroom Pillow Talk at the time that she dumped Ian because he was too jealous. Ian meanwhile told Hollywood Innuendo that he dumped Nina because he did not like her speaking Bulgarian during their lovemaking sessions.

Dobrev recently became involved with Derek "The Dancing Dude" Hough, this year's winner (along with Glee's Amber Riley) of the Mirror Ball Trophy on Dancing With The Stars.
She confessed to Vodka Vermicelli with iRumors that she ended her relationship with Derek because she felt that he was a tad prettier than her.
When Derek was contacted by iRumors and asked to comment on Nina's comment he merely said, "Well, it's true, what can I say?"
SIDENOTE: The Tinsel Town Times Tribune is reporting that Dobrev and Somerhalder are considering signing a pre-relationship agreement which legally prohibits the two from breaking up within two years of the signing date.
