CABO SAN LUCAS, Mexico - Marie Osmond was relaxing on the pristine beach down at Cabo San Lucas in a skimpy bikini bathing suit when some of the locals mistook her for Sofia Vergara.
Marie, who is 54-years-old, was very flattered as she spoke to Polo Del Matador, with The Cabo San Lucas Morning Olé News. Osmond was asked if it was true that she had recently had a tata procedure done.
The sister of the famed Osmond brothers did not miss a beat as she replied that she had in fact gone in for a rack reduction.
Del Matador was surprised since he had only heard of women getting breast augmentation surgery and never breast reduction surgery.
Marie giggled and told him that perhaps he needed to watch some of the entertainment news programs such as Tittle Tattle Tonight, Bedroom Pillow Talk, iRumors, and Hollywood Innuendo to keep abreast of the world of celebrities (no pun intended).
Del Matador shook his head and said that he was going to get cable so that he could watch those shows in his Cabo San Lucas home.
Marie explained that the reason why she had the breast reduction procedure done was because her boobs had gotten so big that she noticed that when she was walking she would be tipping over and she feared that the would tumble head-over-heels.
She told Del Matador that she had the procedure performed at Our Lady of The Silver Screen Hospital in Los Angeles.
SIDENOTE: Marie says that she feels 400 percent better and her hope now is that all of the Dolly Parton jokes stop.
