HOLLYWOOD HILLS - Mila Kunis has said that she is sick and tired of waiting on Ashton's old cougar wife, Demi Moore, 51, to sign the divorce papers.
She has made it clear to Kutcher that if his hate-filled, jealous wife does not give him a divorce she wants them to fly down to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and get married there.
Kunis said that International Marital Law will allow the marriage and all her and Ashton have to prove is that they are not gay and pay the marriage license fee of $14 [U.S.].
Mila spoke with famed Los Angeles attorney Ginger Allred and she learned that once they get their Mexican marriage license Ashton can then file for divorce in the United States even if Demi is still dragging her feet.
Kunis said that according to Miss Allred at that point, Ms. Moore will be obligated to sign the divorce papers or she will be guilty of violating Mexico's Marital License Statute Numero 97, and she could legally be arrested and charged with Ipso Desperationitis Bitchism.
