VENICE BEACH, California - Chelsea Handler who is the host of the talk show Chelsea Lately informed the local authorities that while she was sunbathing on Venice Beach she was touched inappropriately or as they say in Daytona Beach (groped).
The investigating officer took down the information and recognized Handler as being one of the most vulgar, conceited, man-crazy women on the Left Coast.
Handler was asked if perhaps she didn't do something to cause the individual who groped her to grope her.
She grinned and told the officer that all she did was show him a tiny cashew shaped birthmark.
The officer asked where on her body was the tiny cashew shaped birthmark located.
Handler started giggling and replied that it's located on her hooha.
The officer shook his head and told her to have a good day.
