Victoria Beckham, wife of David Beckham and thankfully ex-Spice Girl, had admitted that she wishes to have up to four new legs surgically attached to her hips.

"I'll be starting with just two new legs," she said in an interview with the postman. "Just while I get used to them. When I know I can walk with four legs, I'll be adding another two legs, bringing my total limbs up to...more than I have now."

Although the additional limbs will increase Vicky's total weight from twenty-two ounces to just over three stones, she has remained calm about the weight gain.

"I can always remove some unnecessary organs to get my weight back down again," she said. "I don't need my stomach or liver, for example. And I think my head would remain cool even without my brain. The surgeon said that these would counteract the weight of the legs."

Rather than accept donated legs from people who might have cellulite or thick thighs, Vic is to have her own legs cloned. Most people would have found a cloning procedure prohibitively expensive. Vi's bank balance outweighs the UK's however, and it's a morning's royalties to fund the whole cloning industry for a year.

"I've not been put off by the cost," said Ms Beckham. "It'll be worth it."

David Beckham, husband of Victoria Beckham and former football star now languishing for some minnow team in Los Angeles, is not a hundred percent happy with his wife's choice.

"I said to Vix," said David, "there's no need to get extra legs sewn on, but she's insisted that it's the only way she's going to be able to wear all her shoes before she's too old for heels. What can you do? She is right."

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
