READING, Pennsylvania - Kate Gosselin's nanny, Mindy Lulu Lickenfeister, told her about an article she had read that stated that Gosselin had recently had a facelift.
The article which appeared in the national supermarket tabloid Say What? disclosed that according to a reliable, unnamed source the former star of Jon and Kate Plus 8 and Kate Plus 8 had gone into a clinic in Venice Beach, (California) and had some extensive work done on her face.
Gosselin wanted to set the record straight so she called up Pico de Gallo of Tittle Tattle Tonight and informed him that she wanted to give him an exclusive story.
She admitted to Mr. de Gallo that she'd had a tummy tuck in 2007, breast implants in 2009, and in 2010 she had her uvula circumcised, her playpen vajazzled, and her G-spot realigned.
Kate "The Great" as her boyfriend and American Idol Judge Steven "Lips" Tyler calls her said that she has never had any work done on her face and that those rumors are as false as the rumors about Justin Bieber being the father of Mariah Yaeter's baby Trickster Aloysius Justice Yaeter.
Gosselin then stated that just to prove that she is telling the truth she would be willing to submit to a lie detector test, a DNA test, and even a pregnancy test.
Kate also added that if anyone can prove that she has had a face lift that she will sit down and write them out a check for $950.
