A careless chocolate consumer

It has been revealed that the recent advertisement for Cadbury's Bliss chocolate containing the strap-line "Move over Naomi there's a new diva in town" was not withdrawn because the model Naomi Campbell was annoyed.

A spokesman for the chocolate company, Di A'Beetis, said that they withdrew the advertisement because Cadbury's couldn't afford to be associated with Miss Campbell, although it was nothing to do with money.

She went on to say that the last thing Cadbury wanted was for their chocolate bar to be endorsed by anyone or anything that could be seen as sullen, bad-tempered, foul-mouthed, talentless, over-paid, air hostess-abusing or convicted etc etc etc, not, of course, that Miss Campbell was any of these.

It was also pointed out to the PR department by one of the Cadbury in-house scientists that the Bliss chocolate bar was in fact inanimate, couldn't sing and made few demands such as specific temperature bottled water, pink flowers and triangular sandwiches cut to predetermined specifications in its dressing room, so it couldn't really be classed as a 'diva'.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
