Female singers all over the world are considering taking legal action against Cadbury after a chocolate advertising campaign described super model Naomi Campbell was a "diva".
The ad for chocolate bar Bliss says "Move Over, Naomi, There's A New Diva In Town" and the wording has provoked a strong reaction amongst such celebrities as Barbra Streisand, Beyonce and Rhianna.
"The suggestion that the term 'diva' could in any shape or form be attributed to a model is frankly disrespectful to divas, if not actually libellous", a music business executive claimed.
"Miss Campbell may be many things, but a singer she quite clearly isn't".
