David Blaine today revealed that the 'Credit Crunch' was his greatest illusion to date.
The weirdo magician was said to be laughing on the other side of his face (a trick he perfected in 1998) at the turmoil in the global money markets.
"I simply put my hands together in a prayer like formation and magically made millions of pounds disappear across the world." said the master strange person.
Top Uk magician Paul Daniels was taken by surprise at the revelation. "I for one am at a loss to explain how he did it. I can make a penny appear behind someone's ear but make millions disappear? No, not a chance."
