The site is run by internet spread betting bookmakers Aintgottaprayer.com which has confirmed that the first picture submitted to them will receive the guaranteed sum "or a cool $1 million more than the nearest rival offer".
Also on the must-have menu of Hilton commemorative custodial memorabilia is a price tag of $7 million for a ten second video of the peroxide socialite in her medical wing uniform.
