SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vermont - The makers of the world famous Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream have just announced their latest ice cream creation.
Company spokesperson Millard Cypress informed the news media at a press conference at the South Burlington headquarters of the ice cream giant about their latest addition...Duck Dynasty Delight.
Cypress said that the ice cream was created by the company chemists with the help of the patriarch of the Duck Dynasty family, Phil Robertson and his wife Miss Kay.
Phil told Mr. Cypress that he had been eating ice cream ever since he was just 8 weeks old. He said that his mama used to put it in his baby bottle.
Robertson remarked that he had hell getting the ice cream to come through the little bitty hole in the nipple but after a while he just bit the tip of the nipple off and as they say in Little Italy, New York, voilá!
The new Duck Dynasty Delight will be comprised of pralines and cream, chocolate swirls, a dash of cinnamon, and some Louisiana bayou honey.
The new Ben & Jerry's Duck Dynasty Delight was tested in three H.E.B. grocery stores in Texas and the customers absolutely loved it.
SIDENOTE: The H.E.B. in San Antonio reported that some shoppers were taking out food items from their shopping carts in order to make room for the new Duck Dynasty Delight.
